• Vaccinations must be current, books will be inspected upon arrival prior to admittance. All vaccinations must be current and up to date and must have been administered at least 10 days or more before arrival and not to be due to expire while your pet is in our care.

• Minimum of a 10 day stay over the Christmas Holiday period for any stays that are within the 20th December to 7th January

• We do not accept credit cards or EFTPOS. Payments can be made by bank Transfer, Cheque or Cash.

The highlight of Eyrewell Park is the large outdoor exercise area with lots of lovely trees for the dogs to rest under after a romp around the paddocks. Our aim is to allow as much outdoor time as possible weather permitting. We allow dogs to exercise together if the owners wish, but we do insist that we assess the dogs temperaments first, and watch closely, particularly on initial introductions, as if we are not comfortable with the dogs body language we will separate dogs that appear to be either aggressive or uncomfortable in the groups situation.

We provide play toys, ramps and paddling pools for the dog’s enjoyment, along with playing with the ball or pats and cuddles. All depending on the dogs nature we cater for the fast and furious and the cute and cuddly. The units for night time sleeping are air-conditioned so warm in winter and cool in summer. We have a separate unit for the smaller dogs and a non slip matt in the corridors to help prevent injury in wet weather from slipping. Bedding is supplied but you are more than welcome to bring your own dogs bedding if you wish.

Eyrewell Park has 10 cat units that are big enough to hold two cats from the same household. The units are situated away for the kennel area and have access to individual secure covered outside areas where the cats can use the scratching posts or sit and watch the birds in the trees. The units are heated on cool days and special heated mats are supplied when required for elderly cats. We do NOT let your cats out with other cats.

We provide a variety of high quality pet foods from Dry ‘brand’ foods to raw meats and dog rolls for the dogs, and a variety of dry cat foods and canned and raw meats. You are welcome to provide your own pets food but no discount is provided. Any medications your pets require will be administered as per your instructions - please provide clear written instructions. – We do not make any additional charged for providing medication as we see this as just part of your pets normal care. Fresh water is supplied at all times.

RULES: On arrival at Eyrewell Park we request that you toot your horn to alert us to your arrival, as if we are in the kennels we may not hear the bell. Please ensure all pets arriving remain in your vehicle until the paperwork and vaccination cards are inspected. This is for your pets own protection and that of the other guests. All cats and dogs MUST be fully vaccinated and vaccination cards must be sighted before entry is allowed. Check with your vet and inform them that your pet will be staying in a boarding facility. They will know what vaccinations are required. For dogs, please ensure the Kennel Cough vaccination is up to date. For cats, please ensure the snuffles vaccination is also up to date. You will be required to sign our boarding contract form on arrival

RATES: Our charges are per day - you will be charged for the day your pet arrives ( no matter what time of the day) If you collect your pet(s) before 10am on the day of pick up then that day is not charged, however if you collect your pet after this time, you will be charged for the whole day.

PICK UP & DROP OFF

We can provide a pet pick up & drop off service upon request for pet owners who do not own a car, cannot travel to us or are too busy with work and other things to arrive during our opening hours. We charge a small fee for this ervice depending on the distance we have to travel and in some cases, such as long stays, we can provide the sevice free of charge

CHRISTMAS

We do require a minimum stay of 7 days over the Christmas / New year period, between 20th December and 20th January. The non refundable deposit will be set at 7 days and is required to secure the booking. (We can not refund due to bad weather or change of plans) We also urge you to book in early for holiday periods as we fill up quickly and we don’t want your pets to be disappointed.

NOTE: We do NOT charge any extra fees during the holiday periods

PLEASE NOTE: Morning pick ups may incur an extra $10.00 fee for dinner, breakfast and exercise if arrangements were made to pick up the previous afternoon or evening.
